Refund Policy

1. Digital Downloads (Prompt Packs)

All sales of digital downloads are final. Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned or undownloaded, we do not offer refunds on completed purchases of the Starter Pack or Core Bundle.

We stand behind our products. If you experience a technical issue with your purchase — for example, a file that won't download, a broken Notion link, or a delivery failure — contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will:

2. Course Pre-Orders — AI Agent Academy

10-order gate policy: The AI Agent Academy course will only be produced if 10 or more pre-orders are received. If we do not reach 10 pre-orders by August 15, 2026, all pre-order purchases will be fully refunded within 5 business days — no action required on your part.

If the gate is reached, your pre-order constitutes acceptance of the course terms. Course content will be delivered by email in PDF format on or before September 30, 2026. The founding price ($99) is locked in for all pre-order buyers regardless of any later price increase.

3. SaaS Subscription (Listing Generator — Future)

The AI Listing Generator SaaS product is not yet available. When it launches, the following terms will apply:

Monthly subscriptions: Cancel any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds.

Annual subscriptions: Cancellations within 14 days of the initial purchase date are eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, no refund is issued for the remaining subscription period.

Unused generation credits: Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods and are not refundable.

Waitlist signup is free and carries no purchase obligation. Joining the waitlist does not create a contract or payment commitment.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider before contacting us, we reserve the right to contest the dispute with evidence of delivery and these policy terms. We would always prefer to resolve issues directly — please contact us first.
